Litigation & Regulatory Proceedings

• 10/17/2025 Saipter files civil action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas asserting claims under federal and state law against certain insurance entities.

• 9/17/25 United States Court of Federal Claims dismisses action filed by Saipter Corporation over inability to pay filing fees seeking injunctive relief related to statutory requirements governing corporate pro se representation in federal court (28 U.S.C. § 1654).

• 5/23/25 Texas state court dismisses Saipter’s Rule 202 pre-suit discovery petition. The petition sought authorization to conduct discovery to evaluate potential claims related to national insurance claim-handling practices and related matters.
