Pirates Cove LC is the wholly owned operating subsidiary of Saipter Corporation, formed to develop and operate a new generation of drive-through retail convenience stores. Designed for speed, quality, and comfort, Pirates Cove reimagines the traditional convenience store model with a focus on efficiency, fresh offerings, and customer experience.

We plan to break ground on our first flagship location in League City, Texas in 2025, subject to successful funding. Each Pirates Cove store will feature a covered, multi-lane drive-through where customers can quickly access a full selection of convenience store staples — from snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials to freshly prepared food and handcrafted specialty beverages — without ever leaving their vehicle.
